Tips to Staying Healthy This Holiday Season

Stay Hydrated
During the holidays, people tend to drink more, celebrating with family and friends. It is important to drink tons of water to keep hydrated.

Snack Wisely
With balance and moderation, you can still indulge in what you love the most, but don’t go crazy. Make sure you are eating enough fruits and vegetables as well!

 

Keep Active
It is proven that adults gain, on average more than a pound of body weight during the winter holidays. It is important to stay active and keep those pounds from staying on. Set a goal for the New Year and go out and do it! Take aside about 3 hours a week and exercise.

 


Manage Stress 
Through all the stress the holidays may bring, make sure you keep yourself relaxed.  Treat yourself to a massage or take a hot bath.
